Welcome to my website. I feel passionate about supporting people as they become parents. Preparing for the birth of your baby is an exciting and important time in your life, and I feel honoured to play a small part in that process.

Because our bodies and minds are intimately connected, what happens in our mind - our thoughts, emotions and beliefs - all have an effect on what happens in our body. Therefore, hypnotherapy can help us tap into our own natural ability to enhance fertility and have a calm, relaxed birth.
